Prior to joining JMP, Glenn was a senior vice president and manager of institutional equity sales at Jefferies & Company. Glenn previously served in a similar capacity at Lehman Brothers, where he managed the Chicago office with responsibility for both institutional sales and trading. He has also held equity sales positions at Tucker Anthony and Prescott, Ball & Turben.
