Jerry Tuttle was a founder and Managing Director of JMP Securities and a member of the firm's executive committee. He was also a member of the executive committee of JMP Group, JMP Securities' parent company, and served on the board of directors of JMP Holdings. Prior to founding JMP, Jerry was a Principal specializing in mergers and acquisitions in the financial services group at Montgomery Securities, now Banc of America Securities, from 1997 to 1999. Jerry previously served as an Associate Director at Sandler O'Neill & Partners and also worked in the investment banking group at PaineWebber, with a focus on financial institutions. Early in his career, he worked as a legislative assistant in banking and finance for Representative Hamilton Fish and Senator Alfonse D'Amato. Jerry was a former member of the board of directors of Hercules Technology Growth Capital, Inc. Jerry received a BA degree from The College of William and Mary. |
