Jeff Becker Managing Director Co-Head of Software Investment Banking Jeff Becker joined JMP Securities in February 2006 as a Managing Director and co-head of the software investment banking group. Prior to joining JMP, Jeff was a partner and head of software investment banking at ThinkEquity Partners. He previously served as co-head of the software investment banking groups at other growth-oriented firms, including Robertson Stephens, RBC Capital Markets and SG Cowen & Co. During his career, Jeff has completed more than 50 financing transactions and more than 20 strategic advisory assignments for clients. Jeff received a MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business and a BS in finance from Lehigh University. |
