Jeffrey Winaker joined JMP Securities in November 2007 as a Managing Director.

Prior to joining JMP, Jeff started and served as co-head of the convertible securities group at Royal Bank of Canada. Jeff previously held convertible sales roles at Piper Jaffray, Robertson Stephens and Merrill Lynch. Jeff also served as a lieutenant in the United States Navy.

Jeff holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BA from Stanford University.
