Stephen Terry joined JMP Securities in May 2006 and is a Managing Director.

Prior to joining JMP, Steve served in the investment banking group at Montgomery & Co. He was previously a venture partner at Battery Ventures and a Director in technology investment banking at Credit Suisse First Boston. Steve also spent five years at Robertson Stephens, where we was part of both the convertible securities team and the M&A group, and began his career at Kidder, Peabody.

Steve received a MBA from the University of Texas and a BA from Texas A&M University.
